چکیده

New dyestuff moieties are introduced in the textile industry to upgrade quality and aesthetic properties of dyed fabric. To contribute this research endeavor, current project was conducted for dyeing cellulosic fabric via new hetero-functional reactive dyes R1 R2 synthesized our previous study. Optimization different process variables (temperature, salt, alkali concentration) their interactive study exhaust explored delineated based on a statistical tool response surface methodology. Results divulged that both displayed maximum exhaustion fixation at temperature 61.50°C Reactive dye exhibited 87.62 (±3) 82.85 percentage optimum salt (29.07 g/L) (32.55 dosage while 81.50 77.21 its optimized concentrations (22.84 g/L). All showed positive synergistic effect properties. Enhanced as compared may be accredited greater planarity less steric hindrance R1. Both presented superb color buildup showing good excellent fastness cotton Future perspectives comprised application assessment parameters these polyester (PC)

Synthesis and Applications of Three Vinylsulfone Based Fiber-reactive azo Dyes for Dyeing Cotton Fabric

Newfangled vinylsulfone (VS) based fiberreactive dyes were synthesized and applied to mill desized, bleached and mercerized textile fabric (100% cotton). Padthermosol dyeing method was utilized due to less hazardous environmental affects and high dye fixation to optimize dyeing quality parameters i.e. salt concentration, pH, dyeing time and dyeing temperature. The pretreated and dyed cotton fab...

Eco-friendly Dyeing of Viscose Fabric with Reactive Dyes

Water-soluble polymers have versatile applications but they are hardly used in wet processing of cellulosic substrates (cotton, viscose, jute, etc.), particularly in dyeing. In this paper, one such water-soluble polymer, polyacrylic acid has been synthesized, characterized and applied to viscose fabric in conjunction with various types of reactive dyes, namely triazinyl, vinyl sulphone, high ex...

Dyeing of Indian wool with reactive dyes

Wool fibres have been chemically modified by reduction I chlorination under acidic pH Ipre-swelling in conc. formic acid prior to their dyeing with indigenous reactive dyes of different molecular configurations to enhance the reactive dye uptake on wool fibre substrate. The pretreatment processes are inexpensive, less harmful and less time consuming as against the use of imported special wool r...

Dyeing Properties Using Natural Dyes from Rhubarb:

In this investigation dyeing of alginate fiber was carried out after cationic treatment of 11 EPTAC (2, 3-Epoxypropyl Trimethyl Ammonium Chloride). Optimum dyeing process and 12 parameter show good dyeing performance when alginate fiber dyed with rhubarb dye. In addition 13 to cationic treatment is taken into account for alginate fiber to improve fastness, color strength, 14 breaking strength. ...
